Purpose of Position Within the framework of the company’s overall business strategy, this person will be capable of managing a team within six months to one year from date of hire. The Manager Candidate will develop to a level of successfully implementing the company strategy/vision, within a multi state geographic area or functional corporate area, to meet our customers’ expectations while achieving functional goals and profitability targets.
