Purpose of Position
 
Within the framework of the company’s overall business strategy, this person will be capable of managing a  team within six months to one year from date of hire. The Manager Candidate will develop to a level of successfully implementing the company strategy/vision, within a multi state geographic area or functional corporate area, to meet our customers’ expectations while achieving functional goals and profitability targets.
 


Key Skills Required: 
  • Relevant business experience. Has a track record of successful people management.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement a business plan encompassing P& L to complement the needs of the customer and the strategic direction of the company. Strong analytical skills to research local market conditions, analyze results and develop and implement effective strategies.
  • Has successfully led business teams. Experience managing through an outside sales team.
  • Results oriented and proactive – able to get things done and consistently overachieves goals and objectives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both individually and in group settings.
  • Has  proven skills selecting, coaching and developing people.

Candidate Profile: 
  • Bachelor’s degree required. 
  • Minimum 4-9 years relevant business and people management experience.
  • Level of significant achievement with varied job responsibilities.
  • Clear career progression with no more than 2 companies within the last 5 years
  •  Must be mobile throughout United States or abroad (according to language skills).
  • Language skills in addition to English strongly preferred.
  • Clear potential to successive management positions.
