Our Management Trainees are on the fast track to greater growth and responsibility in sales or operations. Ideal applicants thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and have the desire to manage their own rental operation. Individuals in this role provide front line contact with customer prospects, manage a large fleet of vehicles, match vehicle demand with availability, coordinate all aspects of customers' accounts and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
The right applicants will have obtained a 4-year college degree, preferably in business, a clean and valid drivers license, and at least 1-2 years of practical customer service experience such as retail sales or a call center environment. Applicants should also possess strong written/verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong comfort with using a computer. Applicants will also need to have scheduling flexibility to meet our customer demand, which include weekend availability.
