Duties and Responsibilities:
· Collects assigned monthly budget
· Completes work activity requirements on assigned accounts per company policy
· Complies with all FDCPA state and city laws and provisions as outlined in the GCS Compliance with FDCPA and State Collection Laws Statement, the GCS A/R Training Program and the FDCPA Test
· Completes management training as assigned by Manager
· Performs other related duties/responsibilities, as required
Requirements:
· High school graduate or equivalent
· Must have NO defaulted student loans
· Exceptional or outstanding Account Representative, having experience in collections and consistently attaining budgets
· Must demonstrate maturity, loyalty and self-motivation
· Must have ability to communicate with and maintain respect of fellow employees
· Must demonstrate enthusiasm and ambition
· Must have previous supervisory experience - preferably in a call center
