The Manager, Marketing & Sales Administration is primarily responsible for managing and coordinating all marketing, sales support, and internal communication for the Retirement & Institutional Trust Services group.  Also responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies which assist the RITS business line in achieving their growth and profit objectives.  Manages the RITS Sales Administration group and works with the Bank’s internal marketing department, as well as outside design and marketing firms. 




Qualifications


  • Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and practices.

  • Advanced knowledge of effective advertising and communication techniques.

  • Advanced copy writing skills.

  • Excellent problem solving skills based on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to foster/manage relationships across multiple department and affiliates in all states.

  • Strong time management, organization and multitasking skills to effectively handle projects in a fast-paced, high volume and deadline intensive environment.

  • Highly creative and innovative with the ability to generate ideas and develop them into integrated marketing strategies with flawless execution.

  • Strong PC skills using spreadsheet, word processing and presentation software.


This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English or Journalism or related degree with 7-8 years work related experience, or 13+ years experience in marketing and/or advertising. Banking, financial, or investment management industry experience is preferred.
