Job Title: Manager-Benefits & Risk Management Accounting Position Description: Plans, organizes, and leads accounting staff in the preparation of financial reporting disclosures and performance of accounting systems and processes. Coordinates development and monitors compliance of accounting policies and procedures including internal controls. Serves as an advisor to management on accounting issues and financial performance. Prepares and coordinates audits of stand-alone benefit plan financial statements. Responsible for managing the recruitment, training and development of accounting staff. Requirements: · Requires the equivalent of a Bachelor Degree in Accounting plus 5+ years of professional experience.
