Manager / Branch Manager - Washington Downtown

As a Branch Manager you will supervise shift personnel, support our customers and perform operational duties. This exciting position contributes to the success of our company by effectively managing the daily operations to ensure maximization of fleet utilization, revenue per unit, and customer satisfaction of a single location.
A Branch Manager is accountable for financial growth of a location, with overall P&L responsibility and sales functions to acquire new accounts, manage outbound calls for prospective commercial accounts and service/grow existing accounts thereby generating revenue into local market locations. Ensure all fleet and cash asset control procedures are followed. As a manager you will supervise, train, develop, motivate and evaluate the performance of staff.
Qualifications:
- High School Degree plus 4 years of supervisory experience OR Associates Degree plus 2 years of supervisory experience OR Bachelors degree plus 1 year of work experience. Sales experience is a plus.
The successful candidate must be willing to and/or possess the following:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Strong supervisory, communication (both written and oral) and organizational skills.
- Good decision making skills.
- Ability to build loyalty with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to work various shifts.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
