Kraft is currently searching for a unique individual who will provide change management support to Human Resources Administration and Outsourcing (HRAO) and the global processes. This position is located in Northfield, Il and will focus in supporting the areas of : Compensation, Performance Management, Advancement Planning and Learning. Change management support includes: training design and coordination of train-the-trainer sessions across regions, communications, working with regions to translate training material, organization readiness / impact assessments and planning. Position will work closely with Kraft Foods resources and with our external partner - IBM. Position will ensure alignment and consistency across global processes.

Participation:
· Full Time resource for transition period - direct report to Organizational Change Leader, dotted line to Management and Organization Development (MOD) team.
Responsibilities:
- Assure appropriate supporting resources and other stakeholders are engaged as needed (e.g., consultants, other members of HRO team, HR, etc.) while ensuring work is coordinated across larger program.
- Coordinate with regional contacts to assure appropriate change-related efforts are effectively executed.
- Engages directly with the functional HR generalist team and OD staff to ensure that HRO work is tightly linked to all other key organizational initiatives underway and not in conflict with timelines, resource requirements etc.
- Assure effective development and execution of change plans (including communication, training, stakeholder/sponsor, etc.).
- Engage appropriate resources in resolving of all change management, communications and training issues.
- Link with company-wide change management community to leverage existing best practices and ensure alignment of HRO efforts with other critical business initiatives that are underway.
- Lead the effort to plan and execute successful learning programs (leveraging resources from vendor partner).
Prior change management experience implementing SAP. Strong change management knowledge and experience. Training design and delivery. Very good communication skills, both verbal and writing.
