  • Lead the development of the holistic vision, strategy and roadmap for the interactive channel, focusing on innovation and guest centric strategies. Strategies may include channel navigation, shopping services/tools and other frameworks for the guest facing Target interactive channel
  • Working with key partners to specify business requirements that antic
  • Regularly researching and identifying new opportunities to differentiate Target's channel offerings; managing prototyping and pilots where applicable
  • Serving as primary channel contact for partners both internally and externally
  • Working closely with cross-company partners to oversee project implementation and/or developing models for operationalization for project/sub-channels
  • Lead multi-channel integration initiatives that involve and affect the channel, partnering with key business partners and other channel planners

Requirements

  • 4-year Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Mathematics or related areas of study or equivalent work experience
  • 5-7 years marketing experience. 2+ years channel planning preferred
  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Displays a mastery of complex marketing and business principles
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
