The Manager Community Relations is responsible for building, maintaining, and managing the marketing and/or community relations team within assigned territory; developing and managing relationships with key decision-makers that interact directly or indirectly with the Medicaid market and/or targeted indicatives/membership. Provides presentation and outreach to Managed Care Associates in all available locations that may lead to enrollments. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Manages day-to-day team activities including field activities, scheduling of large events, and coordination of marketing sites. Establishes and maintains appropriate community and provider relationships; identifies and resolves issues. Develops and executes community relations and sales/marketing strategies. Researches and evaluates competitive activity. Assists in the development of reports providing productivity tracking, and progress summaries of community relations and faith based initiatives. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.


*Requires a Florida 2-40 Health License*

AA Degree, BS preferred;
5 years of relevant work experience with at least 2 years of experience in managed care, including 1+ year of leadership/management experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Valid driver's license and access to a motor vehicle with valid motor vehicle insurance required.
