Manager Compliance Operations
Position Summary : Responsible for delivery of Compliance requirements including training programs, policy certifications, and reporting by planning, estimating, providing day-to-day management, leadership, business direction, and administration. Sets clear expectations for any initiative through project plans and independently manages all timelines. Must be able to prioritize and manage planned and unplanned projects and mandates and align resources accordingly. Adjust strategies and plans to meet changing circumstances and priorities.
Builds network of effective relationships with business leaders and support teams. Considers the impact on multiple business units when making decisions and recommendations. Works with business partners to understand and align solutions with their immediate needs and strategic direction. Ensures that delivered solutions meet requirements and are delivered with a high degree of quality. Ensures the training programs and materials adhere to CVS Caremark standards.
Helps to build a challenging, positive team environment that is focused on delivering superior results. Develops and maintains team and individual goals. Directly manages staff.
Position requires periodic travel, up to 30%, depending on business needs.
Qualifications : Proven skills in developing training criteria and facilitating/implementing training programs in a corporate environment Able to work independently and serve as project manager. Manage and lead implementations as needed. Able to plan, prioritize, and manage work in a multi-demand and multi-priority environment Able to plan, prioritize, and coordinate work assignments of others including direct reports, SMEs, developers, and business partners Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills with all levels of management Excellent presentation and consultation skills Ability to work with multiple internal and external partners Ability to effectively resolve conflict Extensive computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Adobe Acrobat Professional.
Education : Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience.
Experience : 9 or more years relevant work experience including proven project and people leadership, developing and delivering training in corporate environment is required. Experience with various instructional strategies needed (i.e. web-based, self-paced, computer-based, distance learning, instructor-led, blended learning, etc.). Experience consulting with internal business partners required.
