Participate fully in the CE Curriculum Team

Work alongside the Curriculum VP and Publisher and the VP of CE Curriculum to facilitate excellent “art to part” publishing logistics and resource alignment for marketing and editorial needs

Provide product information and data as needed for timely business decisions and fiscal budgeting

Participate in CE Curriculum meetings

Working with the CE Curriculum team project manager, help to ensure timely agendas, material distribution, and documentation for team meetings

Working with the CE Curriculum team project manager and marketing staff, help to ensure team preparation for publication cycle forums, sales conferences, and new announcement catalogs

Call and lead CE Curriculum pre-production planning meetings, monitor product costs, and make timely and effective risk and feasibility assessments

Schedule products and marketing pieces, using project management scheduling tools, assigning feasible in-stock, release, launch, and publication dates, as well as assigning schedule templates for effective production management

Ensure excellent CE Curriculum Production Schedule documentation for both products and marketing pieces and DataNet, Vista, and NPS product information

Ensure overall Editorial and Marketing integration, accountabilities, and best practices for CE Curriculum operations, regularly conducting production rounds with editors, product developers, marketing managers, creative staff, and with others as necessary

Interface with all areas of the company to solve problems and expedite production workflow and processes, recommending and implementing mid-course corrections as necessary

Manage the Individual Project Analysis tool (IPAs), publishing lists, and title set ups for CE Curriculum

Working with the CE Curriculum team project manager, ensure the Senior Corporate Editor has information needed to secure, edit, and proof copy for CE Curriculum in a timely manner

Ensure editorial excellence throughout production by proofreading marketing pieces, product packaging, and cover routings

Participate fully as a member of the Editorial and Marketing Operations Team, facilitating and/or participating in interdepartmental and cross-functional teams as requested and assisting the Senior Director with overall editorial and marketing operations reviews, documentation, and needs
