What you will do


 


Manager Field Support, Installation is responsible to closely align with Area Security Leaders and local install Team Managers within a given region within the Security Domain. Provide communication, and training to field leadership teams on how best to deliver on operational metrics (example: closeout revenue, backlog reduction, improved gross margins, labor efficiencies, resource sharing and operating rhythms and best practices).


 


How you will do it


 




  • Ensures consistency of field installation activities within territory.




  • Estimate to actual focus.




  • Margin Improvement focus




  • Drive operational efficiencies through training, and compliant use of installation tools. SWIM Lanes, Oracle Project Accounting (OPA) Direct Labor productivity management (DLP), Sub contract use, and change order champion




  • Develop ideas for operational changes to enhance cost effective installation delivery to our customers.




  • Work closely with USMS and Government PMO to drive delivery.




  • Talent Factory-Tech Training champion




  • New LOGO delivery focus (Face Book, Google etc.)




  • May assist local management team with, developing and maintaining an effective installation workforce through hiring, training, motivating and coaching as necessary.












What we look for

 


Education:  Four-year degree or equivalent related experience

               


Experience: 7 to 10 years progressive installation and/or service experience, to include at least            three years of managerial experience with high profile and high impact operation.

               


Skills:    Solid business skill and demonstrated leadership skills.

Must be conceptually oriented with the ability to think and act strategically

Proven management skill with the ability to train, develop, and motivate

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office, Power-Point a must

30% to 50% business travel.
