Manager Financial Planning

Description:
Reporting to the Director of Finance for the Control & Visualization Business (CVB), this position will play an integral role in managing and improving the financial planning and analysis function, developing strong relationships with the CVB business leadership team, regional and corporate counterparts to ensure a clear understanding of the state of the business, strategy and execution plans to achieve financial objectives.

Qualifications:
Advanced degree in finance/accounting or equivalent.

Must have +7 years of progressive responsibility in financial analysis.

Previous supervisory experience required.

Proficiency in SAP and Hyperion.

Strong PC skills, particularly in Excel, Access and PowerPoint.


Desired Qualifications:

MBA or CPA desired

Previous experience in manufacturing, international, acquisition, public accounting/Audit experience desired.

Good Project Management skills.

Lean Six Sigma knowledge as applied to the Finance function a plus.
