Manager - HRSD Global Data
About the Job
The HRSD Global Data Manager is the manager and keeper of all HR global processes/data including all aspects of PeopleSoft (ie access/security, maintenance bundles, upgrades and training). This position operates as the Global PS SuperUser and PS SuperUser support for NA, and is responsible for HRSD Governance Matrix and HRSD PMO Lead. In addition, the manager serves as Project Manager of projects associated with the above responsibilities.
HRSD Global Data Manager
- Maintain the HR global data standards and processes. Optimize the environment by leading process change discussions to successful agreement and implementation. Create/update training documentation and materials as needed.
- Efficient and timely issue resolution of any data integrity or process issues. Follow up with concise and clear communications to explain/train the issue and resolution to all parties (i.e. HRSD Regional Leads, HRGs, SuperUsers, Vendors, Manila Service Center)
- Administer PeopleSoft access/security and ensure that access is granted in line with the governance matrix. Responsible to ensure that all users who have update access to PS have been properly trained.
- Owner of Governance Matrix. Responsible to keep all governance related list/tables on the matrix and the matrix to be updated and posted as changes are made. Insure Governance Matrix is in alignment with Internal Controls / Delegation of Authority policies.
- Support HRSD Global Data Directornas needed.
HRSD Global PS SuperUser
- PeopleSof Subject Matter Expert (i.e.data architecture, tables, applications, functionality, associate data, queries/reporting, interface of data to other vendors).
- Make and implement recommendations for improvements to processes and data quality.
- Support NA as the PS SuperUser in alignment with Regional SuperUser responsibilities.
HRSD - Project Manager
- Project Manage any projects related to PS maintenance bundles and/or PS Upgrades.
- Project Manage other PS related projects as assigned.
- Lead Project Management Office (PMO) call and produce monthly scorecards on projects.
- Bachelor Degree required
- Minimum of 7+ years or more of Global HR operational business experience and knowledge of all processes required including 3+ years of PeopleSoft systems experience on PS v8.9 or later
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to tailor communications to the target audience with the appropriate amount of detail
- PMP certification or proven Project Management experience required
- Intermediate MS Office skills required in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment with multiple process owners, including HR, Finance, Payroll, and Global Business Units/Commercial Business Units
- Working experience with business transformation, relationship management, stakeholder management, demand management, and project management necessary
- Proven experience with issue identification, analysis, escalation, and resolution needed
