As a key member of the management team, this position demonstrates leadership for all aspects of the Employment Life Cycle to promote and encourage a positive job experience. This position will support the operational and strategic objectives within the organization in an effort to improve Employee performance and productivity.

Responsibilities:

·          Serve as a Champion in the HR Team’s Performance Quality.

·          Ensure Company and Employee Compliance with All State and Federal Laws.

·          Front Line Support to Management Team to further Promote Positive and Effective Practices in Accordance with Company Values, Mission and Purpose.

·          Lead and Administer the Performance Management Cycle that Includes; Performance Evaluations, Coaching, Counseling, Disciplinary Actions and Separations.

·          Support Management in the Development of Career and Succession Plans.

·          Design, Develop and Monitor Effectiveness of Employee On boarding and Recurring Training.

·          Serve as Employee Advocate by Promptly Responding to Questions or Concerns Regarding Company Policy or Practices.

·          Analyze and Measure HR Metrics, Create and Implement Action Plans to Improve Efficiency and Reduce Waste.

·          Oversee Staffing and Employment, Affirmative Action and EEO Compliance Requirements, Health and Welfare Benefits Administration.

·          Oversee all Aspects of the HRIS Tools Including; Trovix, Benetrac and Millenium.

·          8 To 10Years Applied Knowledge, and Experience in Human Resources

·          5 years Management Experience, in a Manufacturing Environment (preferred).

·          Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience Preferred.

·          SPHR Certification Preferred.

·          5 Years Experience in Training and Development a Plus.
