You should be competent and proven in the following areas:

Sales and Management

Staff Selection, Supervision and Development

Capital Improvements

Marketing and Training

Delinquency and Collections

Qualifications

College degree preferred

Minimum of 2 years experience in Property Management, Sales, or Related field

 Computer skills required with strong ability in Excel and Word

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Strong organization and time management skills

Able to work independently and within a team environment
