The main purpose of the Market and Business Analysis role is to provide in-depth market and business analysis to support investment decisions in the areas of customer experience, digital strategy, and product and service innovation.  In addition, the development and management of the customer experience measurement system is central to this role. 

1. Keep abreast of customer, market, technology, and competitor trends in the car rental industry.
2. Conduct market and business analysis for assigned projects, clearly stating assumptions, drawing conclusions, and making recommendations.
3. Develop and document quantitative business case justification using ROI analysis.

4. Develop and manage the customer experience measurement system, identifying and putting in place the right metrics, dashboards, goal-setting, and reporting processes.

5. Develop and implement tools and models to assess market opportunity, incremental revenue upside, and customer experience impact.

Educational Background:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Finance, or Business.  

Professional Experience:

8 years experience in Business Planning, Marketing, Finance, or Analyst role

Knowledge:

• Investment analysis, ROI, NPV
  • Market sizing, forecasting, market share
• Metrics development and management
• Spreadsheet and statistical tools, models
