WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The role of Americas Marketing Manager, Loss Prevention, will lead marketing activity and growth of our Sensormatic brand. This position will contribute to Americas regional commercial objectives through the development of innovative and effective marketing programs that support global and local strategies, standards and guidelines. This marketing leader will help ensure profitable revenue and market share growth to maximize enterprise value.  This hands-on regional leader will act as a change agent and ambassador, helping evolve the retail business according to market dynamics and technology trends.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, experienced, technology savvy marketing professional to drive regional sales enablement, market awareness and business growth.


 


HOW YOU WILL DO IT:


 


- Accelerate growth of our Retail portfolio and ShopperTrak and TrueVue brands via powerful integrated marketing programs


- Understand economic and demographic trends to determine market size, opportunity and growth potential in the America's region


- Successfully launch new retail solutions and ensure optimal sales enablement for existing portfolio to achieve retail revenue, profitability and portfolio mix goals


- Drive profitable customer acquisition and retention initiatives


- Lead execution of regional campaigns in multiple media, including but not limited to, trade shows, print, digital,Pardot and Salesforce


- Leverage, tailor and execute overarching Retail messaging framework, business branding and proof points to ensure one voice communications globally


- Maximize Retail marketing effectiveness and productivity via analytics, developing and managing to established metrics and KPIs


- Partner with the Salesforve teams to maximize measurement and ROI analysis of programs


 


 


 










 


 WHAT WE LOOK FOR:


 


 


 - Action oriented/strong retail business acumen


- Integrated campaign experience to support trade shows and sales enablement materials


- Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment

- Strong interpersonal skills to ensure speed of execution


- Strong relationships with sales teams across the Americas


- Bachelor's Degree (Business, Communications, Marketing)


- 5-7 years experience working in a Marketing function in a B2B retail technology based company with strong communications skills


- Broad exposure to general Marketing functions including product marketing, events, web, email marketing, content management, digital asset management, multimedia and graphic design


- Advanced communications skills, ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to multiple audiences, from executive management  to peers, to front line employees


- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time


- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
