This position is responsible for managing the Media planning/buying/stewardship of various Brands on behalf of MillerCoors. Successful candidates will be highly strategic, solution oriented and embrace today's changing marketing landscape. Most time will be spent managing Hispanic Media and some on General Market brands. Will work directly with Brand Marketing and Field Marketing. This person will manage various Media Agency teams in Plan development and execution; ensuring all appropriate internal and external guidelines are met (Audience Composition, Financial budget reporting compliancy, etc) Prefer candidate be conversational in Spanish.
Relevant related Bachelor's degree is required (Masters degree is preferred)
Must have Hispanic Media Planning experience and prefer experience with General Market Media Planning, with a minimum of 7+ years.
National and Local Media is including: TV, Radio, Print, Out Of Home and Digital.
Focus will be traditional media while Digital/Emerging capability will be highly beneficial. Should have Media Agency background and prefer Client Media Department background as well. Responsibilities include managing the Planning and Buying as well as stewarding media efforts of individual Brands.
