South Shore Medical Center (SSMC) is an independently owned, multi-specialty private practice of over 40 physicians engaged in internal medicine, pediatrics, surgery, and obstetrics/gynecology. We are currently seeking an experienced manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Patient Wellness/Disease Management department, including staff supervision. Develop new patient wellness along with employee wellness programs; and works to enhance and strengthen existing department programs.

Strong supervisory skills of clinical staff required.  Program development and/or project management preferably in the area of Wellness/Disease Management.  Computer proficiency required, experience with an electronic medical record preferred.
