SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for overseeing floor operations and personnel in the phone triage and repair center. Manage Daily process and flow to ensure we produce adequate quantities of high quality refurbished devices.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Four year degree preferred. Two year degree in electronics or related field required. Formal electronics training and PC experience preferred. A minimum of three years experience in operations and inventory management is required. Lean six sigma certification and experience is preferred.
