KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT program(s) consisting of complex and/or multiple projects or systems.
• Contributes to the program strategy, supporting business cases and various high-level project plans.
• Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed across the full range of responsibilities based on the needs of the business and integrates plans with the plans of other managers across the portfolio.
• Responsible for program financial management. Specifically for the program:
o Annual Budget – Capital projects, production support, depreciation
o Reforecast
o Re-planning for scope changes
o Monthly review variance analysis
o Monthly summary for Steering Committee
o Invoice review, approvals, payment, vendor inquiries
o Accrual coordination and review
o Commitment monitoring
o Cost of assets placed in service
• Responsible for delivering all projects contained in the program on time, within budget and meeting the strategic and business requirements.
• Responsible for tracking key project milestones and communicating adjustments to Project Managers.
• Responsible for resource planning and staffing
o Statement of Work
o Master Service Agreements
o Sourcing – identify skills, resume review, interviewing
• Responsible for managing vendor SLAs and relationship with vendor project managers.
• Partners with senior leadership of the business community to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of Project Management methodologies and tools.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field. Project Management certificate preferred.
• Ten or more years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role and 7 years managing projects.
• Strong technical knowledge in assigned IT function as well as broad knowledge in other disciplines/technologies/processes that interact with the assigned function. Strong business process, financial management and related insurance skills.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, especially outsourced/offshore development.

• Monthly Steering Committee- Coordinate scheduling, topics, presentation, minutes
• Monthly Status
• Organizational Objectives
• Senior Mgmt updates
