Big-company reach, small-company attitude! AAI Corporation, an operating unit of Textron Systems, is currently recruiting for a Manager, Program Security. Incumbent will provide support to assigned Strategic Business Unit(s).  The incumbent in this capacity will assist program managers in determining the security requirements for classified Department of Defense programs and the most efficient means to meet those requirements. Assist proposal managers with development of security related Contract Data Requirements Lists for classified contractual efforts. Conduct security awareness and training seminars for company employees. Lead DSS required programs to include: act as company Counter Intelligence (CI) lead and liaison, oversee classification management office, manage company security awareness and education office, manage foreign national and NISP International compliance program and other security functions or projects as assigned by the Security Director, e.g., Self Inspection leader, manage DOD Closed/Restricted Area compliance program, Lead AA&E security compliance program, manage DOD Lock program compliance, etc. Manage, lead and mentor other employees and staff as necessary. 

Required Skills
Individual must possess in-depth working knowledge of the NISPOM, DCID 6/4, 6/9 & all other applicable DCID's/ICD’s, security government regulations and associated supplements. Have excellent written and verbal presentation skills. Have a working knowledge of PC-based software applications (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation graphics). Individual must have the flexibility to perform a variety of different tasks concurrently, by using self-motivation and sound planning, organization and scheduling skills. Must also be able to work well in a team environment and be able to direct goal oriented activities within a diverse work force.

Required Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline required.  As well as, 10 years of security administration/leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a security management role. Applicants that do not possess a Bachelor Degree but have significant security leadership experience (more than 10 years experience as a security manager/leader) are encouraged to apply.  Applicants with related professional security certifications, e.g., Facility Security Officer (FSO), ISP, CPP, CFE, CPI, PSP, or COMSEC Custodian are a plus. Candidates with CPSO/CSSO or Alternate CPSO/CSSO experience are also a plus. 

Note: All candidates must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance.
