Candidate Profile and Experience Prerequisites
- Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree is a plus
- Minimum 7 years of work experience with 3+ years of management experience
- Background in real-estate management is strongly preferred
- Proven experience in a rapidly growing environment
- Ability to think strategically and be driven to reach actionable results and conclusions
- Strong analytical skills
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Positive attitude, desire to be a part of a diverse team, and commitment to Teach for America's mission
