PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions. 2. Implement company marketing function to identify and develop new customers for products 3. Manages all food show participation activities 4. Research, develop and implement strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development. 5. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results. 6. Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets with the support of VP. 8. Plan and implement strategies to increase distribution network nationwide 9. Work in conjunction with outside broker team to manage existing customers and also increase customer base for mainstream brand and assigned food service areas. 10.Grow food service and retail accounts in regions not under broker contract 11. Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts. 12. Participate in the development of new project proposals. 13. Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures in conjunction with VP. 14. Develop company marketing and communications materials. 15. Represent the company at various business meetings to promote the company including support for meetings with brokers 16.Travel to meet customers and increase sales 17.Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs. 18. Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors. 19. Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop business plans for the company. 20. Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. 21. Other related duties as assigned. |

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Experience in planning marketing strategies, promotional materials, and advertising campaigns 2.Experience in working with outside brokerage team and supporting sales force 3. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 4. College degree required in related field. 5. Minimum 5 years food sales experience required preferably in perishables. |
WORKING CONDITIONS Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work may require occasional weekend and/or evening work. Nationwide travel will be required for food show participation, business meetings, and market research. |
