There is an immediate opening for a District Manager for Atlanta.
Ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
1. Serve as a leader and as a liaison between the customers, store employees, and corporate office - hearing, understanding, and helping to effectively communicate each group's concerns and needs.
2. Drive business and maximize sales through customer service, product knowledge, housekeeping standards, merchandise presentation, promotion, and signage.
3. Train and develop a staff to consistently perform to both their own potential and company standards through ongoing coaching, visits, performance evaluations, and disciplinary measures.
4. Adhere to company direction regarding loss prevention in order to maintain a safe
environment, while limiting potential loss
5. Plan and execute organized Physical Inventories.
6. Recruit retail employees who possess the skills necessary to help the stores achieve their goals while representing the company.
7. Control store expenses, including payroll, supplies, and services.

Individual must have Bachelors degree and at least 5 years of equivalent work experience. Previous retail store management experience required. Previous multi-store management and apparel background preferred. Qualified candidate must be extremely detail-oriented and have excellent communication and computer skills.
