Description:
As a manager trainee, you will learn the operations of our business and be provided with daily assistance from our training manager. This paid training program is 90 days. Upon completion, you will be placed in your own facility as an Account Manager.

Responsibilities:
As an account manager for Healthcare Services Group, Inc. some of your responsibilities will include:

· Managing a staff of 10 – 25 employees.
· Daily payroll, scheduling and management of your budget.
· Recruitment and training of your staff.
· Act as a liaison between the facility and our company.
· Promotional marketing of Healthcare Services Group.
· Recruitment of future trainees to our company.
· Management Development.
