Manager-Supply Chain

Job Description:
BASIC FUNCTION
Under the direction of the General Manager - Kallista, the Supply Chain Manager will drive strategy creation, execution, and measurement for the Kallista Supply Chain while delivering best-in-class order fulfillment. This entails directing and supervising the activities of Purchasing, Planning, Distribution, Quality, and Customer Service functions while coordinating with Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Accounting, Sales & Marketing, and Human Resources. Maintain a collaborative relationship with other divisions and with the corporate logistics function.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Create end-to-end supply chain strategy consistent with strategic and financial goals of the organization and execute strategy to build and maintain performance credibility.
2. Drive financial results through the active management of manufacturing variances, other manufacturing, warehouse & shipping, warranty, and customer delivery costs.
3. Drive collaborative relationships between supply chain and all other functional areas within the organization.
4. Develop and control budgets and strategic plans related to the Kallista supply chain ensuring the proper resources are in place to execute the overall business plan.
5. Establish, drive and own performance metrics required to drive supply chain and overall Kallista performance.
6. Drive out cost to minimize product costs and maximize manufacturing income and direct operating income.
7. Manage customer service leadership & team to deliver on Kallista's luxury brand promise.
8. Leverage the Corporate Transportation team to ensure Kallista is in compliance with all relevant import/export regulations.
9. Ensure the proper systems and technologies are in place and utilized effectively to drive supply chain performance.
10. Ensure Kallista is properly leveraging resources available through the Global Procurement and Global Transportation & Logistics Councils.
11. Continually develop associates to foster engagement, career development and improved business results.
12. Develop and implement sourcing strategies that ensure the correct balance of quality, delivery, and lowest total cost.
13. Collaborate with supply chain leaders throughout the entire corporation, especially within the Interiors Group.
14. Ensure high levels of awareness of Supply Chain activities are maintained throughout the business.
15. Other duties as directed.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
    Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Accounting, Engineering, Mathematics, or other quantitative field. Minimum of five years supply chain experience with at least three years in a management role in either sales & operations planning, procurement, customer service, or distribution. C.P.M. or CPIM certification is preferred. MBA is a plus. Personnel management skills are essential.
