We are in search of a motivated and passionate Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead the development and implementation of Henkel’s early career programs and supporting university recruitment strategy for North America. In this newly created role reporting to the VP, Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, you will develop and successfully execute strategies to support the early career talent needs across North America. You will partner closely with HR and Business leaders to develop and implement programs and recruitment strategies to build a diverse talent pipeline for current and future needs.


 


 


What we offer


Align existing and develop new programs (interns, co-ops, leadership development/rotational programs, etc.) resulting in an integrated campus recruitment strategy that builds a diverse talent pipeline for current and future opportunities across all businesses and functions
Partner with HR, Business Leaders and Talent Acquisition Managers to build comprehensive forecast and associated headcount needs across all businesses
Develop and implement a sourcing strategy including but not limited to University partnerships, RPO, Professional associations/events and digital/social to deliver the necessary talent
Develop and lead a cross functional steering committee to help define strategy and champion efforts across all business units, locations and functions.
Develop and implement a University engagement strategy that defines core schools and leverages employee ambassadors and alumni to build deep partnerships
Develop and implement tools (templates, timeline, offer letters, compensation structure, etc.) to support local, site specific programs
Partner with Director, TA Operations to integrate Henkel’s employer brand across all marketing collateral, supporting tools and internal/external communications associated with our early career programs and recruitment
Partner with Corporate Citizenship teams to establish end to end talent engagement strategy from grade school through graduate school establishing Henkel as an employer of choice.
Identify opportunities to leverage current technology and recommend new technology to drive automation and enhance the candidate experience
Ensure compliance to all regulations that impact the hiring and selection process
Develop reports, dashboards, KPI’s and data insights that drive decisions and inform the strategy

Qualification:

Who we are looking for


8+ years of Talent Acquisition/HR experience or relevant business experience with responsibility for specific Talent Acquisition initiatives
2+ years of people leadership experience preferred
Experience in leveraging social media and technology
Self-starter with strong project management skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing and complex environment
Proven ability in leveraging data to measure effectiveness
Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with internal customers and external partners
Strong business acumen and presentation skills
BA degree required
Consumer Products experience a strong plus
Experience integrating acquisitions a plus
