Manager, Technical Accounting

• Maintain, evaluate and document corporate accounting policies.
• Research, resolve and document technical accounting matters (GAAP, IFRS, SEC).
• Lead our Global Technical Accounting Network.
• Communicate with executive management on technical accounting issues.
• Monitor the activities of accounting standard setting bodies and evaluate the effect on the company.
• Support external reporting activities including SEC filings.

• BS/BA Accounting or Finance, and CPA required.
• MBA or MAcc strongly preferred
• Minimum 6-8 years of combined public/private experience including SEC registrants.
• Technical accounting research experience.
• Expert technical skills in GAAP and SEC Rules and Regulations
• Experience working within a global organization.
• Strong communication skills – both oral and written
• Ability to work independently, analyze and solve problems, and learn quickly.
• A person of the highest personal integrity, and holds others to the same standard without exception.
