Candidate will need to show skills and express interest in
becoming a manager for the Company at one of its current or future
locations.  National Pawn Company is
currently located in the Midwest and is looking to expand its operations in the
Midwest.  Candidate must be able to
relocate after a 12 to 24 month training period.  Training will be conducted in its Watertown,
SD location.  You will have the unique
opportunity to work with one of National Pawns top managers.

Management Trainee will be trained in all aspects of store
operations including: profit maximization; loss prevention to Company and
customer assets; providing outstanding customer service; performing sales and
lending activities; and ensuring these same objectives are accomplished by all
team members.  You will learn to qualify
loans and appraise customer’s goods for pawn loans and purchase approvals.  Trainee will be trained in all state and
federal regulations.  National Pawn Co.
