POSITION: MANAGER IN TRAINING (MIT)
This position is a training position that will expose the candidate to a variety of services DTI provides. The successful MIT candidate will rotate and work with a key DTI executive to learn our business and be prepared to take on a management role in operations, sales, or production within 3-6 months.
JOB SUMMARY:
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding quickly and effectively to customer needs.
Improve operating procedures by analyzing current systems, modifying, creating, and/or eliminating processes to guarantee accurate and timely service.
Responsible for learning production and services DTI provides.
Develop skills and implement learnings to manage staff and employee morale.
RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
•Hire, train, manage and evaluate employees.
Work closely with DTI management to learn all functions of the business.
•Provide excellent customer service to create value for all customers. Continuously look for opportunities to increase our ability to further serve the customer
•Demonstrate proficiency in explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules an guarantees to customers
•Serves as the principal liaison between DTI, the client’s administration, and DTI employees.
•Directs in the orientation of client personnel to DTI’s method of operation within the location. Conduct training and performance reviews with all DTI team members
•Participate in P&L review and processing
•Schedule personnel to ensure compliance with performance standards and makes sure hours of operation are covered without incurring overtime.
•Work with area managers and employees to meet their individual needs and career path objectives.
•Comply with DTI policy regarding confidentiality.
•Other duties as assigned
