Manager of Instructional Development

This person will be responsible for managing the training activities of our instructional staff.  We need a candidate who has experience in the education arena and a desire to lead, train and to motivate our already exceptional instructors!

Some of the job responsibilities include:

·          Faculty Training, Mentoring and Observation

·          Ensuring that the Faculty is teaching within the scope of the curriculum

·          Assist in the Hiring and Staffing of the Education Department

.          Attend school events and meetings

Job Requirements:

1.      A Bachelor's Degree is required

2.      Proprietary school experience would be a plus.

3.      Corporate Training experience a plus

4.      Training Manager experience helpful

5.      Business and/or management experience is helpful.

6.      Keen sense of urgency, time management. Flexibility is a MUST!
