OhioHealth is seeking a Manager of Laboratory Business to join our management team in Columbus, OH.This position is responsible for developing and validating the financial performance of laboratory operations, managing and leading the outreach business and strategic growth of the laboratory as an independent business unit. They will work with other members of the management team in the development of CARFs, business cases and financial reviews. This role will interface with key financial counterparts to assure metrics, including productivity and financial performance. This role will coordinate activities related to updating and maintaining TSI and the CDM. He/she will be responsible for contract negotiations with outreach customers, setting outreach fee schedules and monitoring business functions related to the outreach/Reference Lab.

Requirements:

·         Master's degree or equivalent in business, health care administration or health care related field; or 4 to 10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

·         3-5 years of combined experience in either laboratory management, sales, marketing or finance

·          At least 2 years of cardiology experience, preferably electrophysiology
