Premiere Global Bank is looking for a Manager of Operational Risk Management.

Responsibilities will include:

*Provide operational risk guidance and oversight through the design, implementation and ongoing management of the Company’s Operational Risk Framework. 

*Support the Company’s Process Risk Self Assessment (PRSA)Program as it relates to the overall Operational Risk framework.

*Support the development of procedures and guidance for the Company’s PRSA process, including the identification and assessment of operational risks and controls, testing guidelines, and deficiency evaluation guidelines.

*Assessment of operational risks (i.e. financial reporting, operations, and compliance/regulatory) across the organization.

*Design of their internal control environment including SOX.

*Provide technical support and expertise for analyzing the severity of control deficiencies and the development of action plans for remediation.

Requirements:

*4-6 years experience in operational risk management, public accounting or internal audit, CPA or MBA preferred.

 
*Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively with other operational risk groups and business leaders.

*Strong analytical skills required to research complex data and present in a clear manner to senior management.

*Strong communication skills to convey strategic insight and thought leadership in identifying emerging issues affecting business units.

*Strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver high quality, actionable feedback to management.
*Strong team player with ability to influence opinions.

*Ability to efficiently and effectively drive projects to completion.

*BA or BS in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent degree required.

*Ability to travel.

*Strong understanding of the Financial Services/Banking or related industry.
