Major Medical Corporation is seeking its Quality Systems and Regulatory Compliance Manager Production Manager for its medical production facility.

The successful candidate for this position will have:
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in microbiology or related science.
- ASQ certification is preferred.
- A Minimum of three (3) years of experience in medical device manufacturing.
- Product sterilization and sterilization operations is preferred.
- Experience in Quality System FDA regulations and validation is preferred.
- ISO 9000 standard and AAMI industrial sterilization methods experience preferred.
- Experience with statistical technique such as SPC and experimental design.
- Ability to effectively read, write and verbally communicate in English.
- Ability to work independently under general guidelines and supervision.
- Computer skills and work processing, spreadsheet and software capabilities, (i.e., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lotus 1-2-3, Windows operating system and Word Perfect).
- Effective interpersonal skills as demonstrated through prior management experience.
- Above average organizing, analyzing and Level 4 math skills (advanced algebra and/or calculus and/or statistics) to determine organizational customer and regulatory problems and formulate corrective action plans; attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing duties and responsibilities.
- Ability to influence people in opinions, attitude or judgments; to generalize, evaluate and make decisions in stressful situations.
