Manager- retail- telecommunications- wireless- Team leader

What you need for this position:
~ Must show a proven record of excellence in meeting sales goals, loss prevention targets, and location best practices.
~ Must have held a managerial position for more than two (2) years; preferably in wireless retail.
~ Possesses strong interpersonal skills including but not limited to coaching and developing.
~ Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent
~ 1- 3 years customer service, retail sales, commission sales, wireless sales, and cash handling experience is preferred.
~ Wireless industry experience is a plus.
~ Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet Explorer etc.
~ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; i.e. email etiquette, courteousness while answering phones.
~ Able to work extended/flexible retail hours as needed.

~ Educating and engaging customers through product demonstrations
~ Interacting with customers and providing prompt and courteous customer service to all customers
