Currently, we are searching for a Managing Director, Group Head, Business Operations Group
Job description: This is an exciting opportunity touching companywide strategic initiatives as well as day to day operations. We are seeking a dynamic leader to lead our Business Operations Group. The successful applicant will oversee: Finance, Legal, Operations (Technology, Facilities, Compliance, Client Operations, Advisor Integration, and Project Management), Human Resources, Acquisitions and Recruitment, Corporate Marketing and Client Services. You will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. This leadership position will play a key role in three main areas: 1. Senior management; negotiation and on-boarding of advisor acquisitions, negations and management of key vendor relationships and effective communication of company’s vision, strategy, goals and core values. 2. Departmental management; effective management of the “back office” operations, managing to outcomes and hiring and managing to functional managers. 3. Strategic insight; member of Executive Committee and liaison with board of advisors. A highly competitive compensation package is offered for this position including salary and equity options.
