- Experience with leasing and subleasing of space, or with lease administration, most amount of time spent doing this work
- Experience with financial reporting/budgeting piece: benchmarking, managing to budgets
- Strategic thinker, will establish strategic direction for group
- Creating infrastructure, process/policies/procedures, ideal if built a small dept or helped to build small department, not from huge group in large company
- Smaller org probably better fit than large org, nonprofit small is ideal but not required
- Exceptional customer service & relationship building skills (will work with vendors, other senior leaders within org)
- Real estate experience required. Experience conducting site selection preferred.
