Come aboard as a managing director in our Chicago office and oversee specified client relationships and businesses. You’ll develop and present strategic marketing and shopper marketing plans, creative concepts and proposals, as well as manage the development of tactical plans and program execution.

• 8 to 10 years customer specific and / or shopper marketing experience
• Strong strategic planning skills including the ability to first understand a client’s business needs, then develop and apply marketing solutions
• Strong logistical skills such as scheduling, budgeting, and an understanding of the creative-production process
• Ability to write a creative brief with appropriate benefit and support elements
• Experience in customer-specific planning and program execution in the grocery, club and drug channels, specifically for Kroger, Costco, Sam’s Club, and Rite Aid
• Experience in packaged goods
