We are seeking an individual with the ability to recruit, train, coach and manage sales agents and staff to meet overall regional sales goals. Our agents receive company-generated leads and are able to significantly increase their productivity and transaction volume. Position Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, coaching and managing a stellar team of real estate sales associates who will focus on converting company-generated and self-generated leads.  The position will be based in our Salt Lake City, UT regional office and will require some travel throughout the state of Utah.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily business activities for the market.
• Oversee the recruitment, training, coaching and management of all sales agents and the management of support staff.
• Ensure that all sales activities comply with federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.

Skills / Knowledge Requirements:

Professional Knowledge:

• Significant residential real estate market knowledge.
• Proven success in recruiting, training, coaching and managing sales agents and growing at least one real estate sales office.

Communications / Management:

• Highly motivated and ambitious leader with strong communication skills.

Education / Experience Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team of residential real estate agents in the State of Utah.
• Utah Real Estate Broker License required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
