JOB TITLE: Manufacturer’s Sales Representative
Resource Corp is seeking aggressive, experienced individuals to represent multiple lines of Systems Based, Enterprise Level CCTV, ACCESS Control, and IT products into a Dealer and End User Base in the South Central US, encompassing the Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico, and Arkansas areas.
THE IDEAL APPLICANT WILL HAVE SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE AND RELATIONSHIPS IN THE TERRITORY AND BE PREPARED TO GROW AN EXISTING BASE INTO A SIX FIGURE INCOME.
THESE ARE COMMISSION BASED OPPORTUNITIES WITH A NEGOTIATED DRAW AGAINST COMMISSION, EXPENSE COMPENSATION, AND BENEFITS FOLLOWING A START UP AND REVIEW PERIOD. HIGH QUALITY, ENTERPRISE LEVEL SYSTEMS BASED SECURITY EQUIPMENT AND INTEGRATION SALES INTO HIGH VALUE AND HIGH CONSEQUENCE END USERS, COMMERCIAL,INDUSTRIAL, GOVERNMENT, AND MILITARY, CUSTOMERS USING EXISTING QUALIFIED LEADS AND RELATIONSHIP SELLING METHODOLOGY.
A SIX FIGURE INCOME IS WELL WITHIN THE REACH OF THOSE WHO ARE WILLING TO WORK AND DEVELOP LONG TERM HABITS AND RELATIONSHIPS.
1. GEOGRAPHIC TERRITORY REPRESENTATIVE in the Houston, Southeast Texas, and Southern Louisiana areas, calling on an existing customer base and developing new relationships in the region.
2. PETROCHEMICAL VERTICAL MARKET REPRESENTATIVE capitalizing on the candidates' existing relationships within the Petrochemical Discovery, Refining, and Transportation Sectors.
3. ELECTRICAL POWER GENERATION AND DISTRIBUTION VERTICAL MARKET REPRESENTATIVE capitalizing on the candidates' existing relationships within the Power Generation and Distribution Sector.
Job Purpose:
Develops new business by identifying and qualifying potential accounts; initiating, developing, and closing sales; recommending new product features.
Duties:
* Identifies potential accounts by developing leads; analyzing and qualifying opportunities.
* Initiates call process by building relationships; scheduling appointments.
* Develops sales by making initial presentation; explaining product features; introducing new products and services.
* Closes sales by overcoming objections; completing credit checks; preparing contracts; forwarding, tracking, and expediting orders.
* Develops accounts by studying current business; interviewing key customer personnel; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing opportunities.
* Improves products by analyzing and relaying customer reactions; monitoring competitive products; recommending new features and adjustments to product development and engineering.
* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
* Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
