Job Description

Responsible for the engineering support of remanufacturing of components for x-ray tubes, including equipment, procedures, and quality of parts.
Responsible for supporting the development of new and novel remanufacturing methods.
Responsible for supporting the development of remanufacturing methods with outside suppliers.
Responsible for reporting on cost analysis, process design, and implementation planning for new remanufacturing initiatives.
Responsible for supporting the continual quality and efficiency improvements to remanufacturing processes.


Requirements

B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or B.S. in Industrial Engineering
Job experience with ceramics, precision parts cleaning, precision machining, brazing, x-ray tubes, high vacuum components, precision assembly, statistical analysis, process design and validation desirable.
