We are currently looking for Manufacturing Engineer III to work in our Seating Plant in Bruce, Mississippi

Manufacturing Engineer III

In this challenging role, you will ensure highest quality and least costly manufacturing processes.  You will design, develop, install and document new and/or existing processes, equipment, and tooling. You will also ensure performance (business, profit, and manufacturing) to specification.  You will conduct cost reduction activities to determine material, labor and overhead costs.  You will investigate and anlyase competitive products to determine manufacturing processes and costs association.  Lastly, you will provide technical direction to other staff members and interface at all organizational levels.

• Requires a current and continuing right to work for any employer in the United States without sponsorship.

• Requires overnight travel away and from corporate offices, including international travel, to customer and supplier sites for a total of about 10% of the time.


• Requires job seeker to be able to work in Bruce, Mississippi.

 Basic Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or Manufacturing/Industrial Technology


• Three years full time work experience in an Engineering role.


• OR


• Master of Science in Engineering, or Manufacturing/Industrial Technology


• One year of full time work experience in Engineering role.

Other Requirements

• Demonstrated working knowledge of CAD (design) systems, analysis procedures.

• Ability to work cross-functionally to ensure products and materials produced meet functional requirements over the life of the product.


• Ability to multi-task and work in development-oriented team environment.


• Ability to climb/bend/balance in manufacturing environment
