Responsibilities/Duties
•Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
•Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
•Develop and prepare manufacturing plans with OEM facilities
•Assist with set-up, coordinating, and executing line or cell production manufacturing processes in an OEM setting
•Assist with training production employees on effective, cost saving manufacturing processes
•Ensure that Quality practices involving production manufacturing are adhered to, resulting in 100% compliance
•Ensure that manufactured units are built in accordance with configurations developed, specific to customer or country requirements, and are reliable as finished products
•Be familiar with FDA 21 CFR 820 compliance requirements, and ANSI standards
•Prevent and/or solve manufacturing or assembly problems in a cost-effective manner
•Research and implement production enhancements, processes and cost saving initiatives
•Modify and communicate any changes to prints showing critical changes made and/or required
• Prepare and present summary reports

Must have the ability to:
•Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced engineering/manufacturing environment
•Read mechanical or technical drawings and perform checks
•Read and understand engineering specifications and drawings
•International travel up to 50% of the time with an average stay time of 2 weeks
Must have:
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, and Excel
•Excellent web navigation skills
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
