Manufacturing Engineer

OPPORTUNITY IS LOCATED IN FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS. THE CLIENT WILL LOOK AT OUT OF TOWN CANDIDATES FOR THIS ROLE BUT PREFER LOCAL.

Fortune 250 client that has generated over 500 Million dollars in Net Profit this fiscal year is looking to fill a Key role in their organization. This company is recognized as being one of the best run companies in America! This company is known for their Lean Business System and candidates the come from a Lean background would be preferred.

They only hire "A" players that are very dynamic, bring a bunch of passion, enthusiasm, and desire to succeed in their current roles.

Please note that we will not entertain any candidates that do not possess the required skills.

Required:

BS in Engineering – Chemical or Manufacturing degrees are preferred.

3-6 or more years of Engineering experience in a manufacturing setting. Experience working in a chemical environment is preferred.

Proven project management ability, as evidenced by facilitating project teams of 3 or more associates.

Demonstrated ability to drive improvements – cost, material usage, machine up time, etc.

Conscientious, driven, and willingness to "get their hands dirty".

Ability to be promoted to formalized leadership role – "runway"

Preferred:

Local – AR, OK, MO, TX. Not critical, but preferred.

Exposure to and/or use of lean manufacturing tools.
