We have been hired to locate an industry professional to take the role of Manufacturing Engineer. 

Responsibilities:

• Support all aspects of high-precision metal manufacturing including turning, milling, grinding, honing, wash, and assembly. 
  
• Work closely with machine operators, setup personnel, technicians and team leads. 
  
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and resolve problems as they occur. 
  
• Work in a fast paced environment on multiple short term and long term issues.
  
• Ability to work 2^nd Shift.

Requirements:

• Must have high-precision metal working background.
  
• BS in Mechanical Engineering
  
• Experience with CNC milling and turning, grinding, deburring, tumble, and metrology. 
  
• Hands-on experience with milling machines, lathes, and grinders is highly desirable. 
  
• Must be able to influence personnel from all areas of the organization. 
  
• Experience with 5S, Six Sigma, and Mechanical Design using SolidWorks is required.
