Required Qualifications
| This position is responsible to develop optimal manufacturing methods needed to produce products complying with customer and regulatory requirements. This includes troubleshooting manufacturing issues, assisting with set-up for new projects, designing tooling and fixtures for the machining operation and continually developing improved methods of processing products.
Summary of Duties & Responsibilities

- Take responsibility for all jobs from start to finish, ensuring that they meet all customer requirements.
- Monitor and manage Vantage (ERP) job entries.
- Review and update methods as required.
- Quote machining processes and support new business proposals.
- Must have a good understanding of solid modeling and be able to construct CAD drawings.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year Engineering Bachelor’s Degree
- Goal oriented team player able to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and mechanical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
- Able to work under time sensitive deadlines.
- Proficiency in the use of computer programs including CAD.
- Prior project management, leadership or management experience a plus.
- Welding Knowledge a plus.
