A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to provide manufacturing engineering support to operations and technical leadership for a team of Manufacturing Engineers to drive improvements in manufacturing processes through lean techniques and new technologies. Manage multiple programs and projects using project management tools such as MS Projects, Gantt charts. Drive projects to completion in a timely manner. Direct the development of production routings and bill of materials for new product. Estimateproduction times and related costs.Interact with customers on new product development. Interact with vendors to procure equipment and material for new and current processes. Support production department with troubleshooting. Implement best manufacturing methods and practices.Perform financial justification and manage capital projects from inseption to completion. Create a culture of lean,continuous improvement with accountability.Participate in manufacturing reviews for newproduct and redesigns.

BSME or BSIE required with at least 5 years Manufacturing Engineering experience in a Powder Metal enviornment. Strong understanding of TS 16949,APQP,PPAP, ISO 9001/2008 and quality documents and procedures.Experience with Lean and Six Sigma skills preferred. Strong leadership ability able to implement change. Proven record of designing and implementing successful capital projects,cost,scope,schedule and performance through completion.
