Position Summary:

Responsible for providing analytical support to the QA Lab by testing accurately all samples sent from production and shipping areas. Determine the conformance of the product to quality specifications for manufacturing and shipping.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Test all samples submitted by production and shipping departments.
• Perform all QA test needed to verify the measurements are precise and accurate, including rechecks, or calibrations.
• Document test data into SAP.
• Operate analytical instrumentation, including Computer, Gas Chromatographs, Particle Size Analyzer, Brookfield Viscometers, and Balances.
• Tests products according to QA procedures including analytical test methods and calibration methods, using the standard operation procedures. These include but are not limited to: % Solids, pH, % Grit, Brookfield Viscosity, % Residual Vinyl Acetate, Foam Testing, Particle Size, etc.
